Who we are
LumyOne ([legal entity name and registered address to be confirmed]) operates lumyone.com, the LumyOne account at account.lumyone.com, LumySend and LumyFlow.
What this website collects
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, product interest, expected volume, message and whether you asked for product updates.
- With each form submission: the page you sent it from, the referring page, campaign (utm) parameters, your IP address and browser user agent. We use these to route your request and to block spam and abuse.
- The site keeps the first utm parameters and referrer of your visit in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab.
- Analytics, only if you allow it: when you click “Allow analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 to count page views and which pages lead to a demo request. It sets Google Analytics cookies, IP addresses are anonymised, and advertising features are off. If you click “No thanks”, nothing from Google loads. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How we use it
We use form data only to reply to you and, if you ticked the box, to send occasional product updates. Submissions are stored in our contact inbox (operated by Lumynex on our behalf) and sent to our team by email through LumySend.
Customer data in LumySend and LumyFlow
When you use the products, you control the subscriber, message, click and conversion data in your projects. [Data processing terms, retention periods and subprocessors to be confirmed.]
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Email hello@lumyone.com. [Applicable law, supervisory authority and legal basis to be confirmed.]
